Frequently asked questions
How do I delete my account?
Open SweetSpot, go to Settings → Delete Account, then confirm. This permanently deletes your account and associated SweetSpot data. It does not cancel an Apple subscription.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions → SweetSpot → Cancel Subscription. Apple handles subscription billing and refunds.
Why does a scan show an estimate?
Recipes, serving sizes and sweetness levels vary. Review every result before logging it. SweetSpot is a practical tracking tool, not a laboratory measurement or medical service.
What happens when camera access is denied?
You can continue with manual entry. To restore access, open iOS Settings, find SweetSpot and enable Camera.
When should I expect a reply?
We aim to respond within three business days, excluding Singapore public holidays.
